Alpha Lab Associates (“ALA”) is a Tokyo based architecture and urban design division that offers a broad range of architecture, interior design, and urban design services for both the Domestic and International markets.

Our focus is “Value Driven Architecture” and “Design Driven Real Estate” and through architecture and design, we seek to maximize value for our clients and communities.

The key members of our team have over an average of 15 years in their respective fields in architecture, urban design, real estate, and value add investments.

In addition to our in-house capabilities, we have strategic relationships with globally recognized firms to match the client needs in terms of asset type, deal type, and jurisdiction.
